He said, “I am not aware of any problem between Davido and Kaffy. Davido said that he didn’t need dancers for his performance and I don’t see how that is a problem. We saw what she posted online but we chose to ignore it because we are too busy to comment on such. Davido does not have any particular dancer that he works with. In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the President said he joined Williams’ family, friends and the vibrant media profession, in celebrating the broadcaster who he said had a sonorous voice that ruled the industry for more than 30 years, starting out early with the first  television station in Africa in 1959, Western Nigeria Television. WHY I ABANDONED MUSIC FOR PREACHING – SOUL E BABA

Image
Popular for his hit song Soul E Baba Dey Here, music star-turned-prophet, Emmanuel Ifechukwu Okose, better known as Soul E, has been keeping a low profile. This is after answering to call to God’s service. In this interview the singer speaks on his ministry, healing and new lifestyle. TELL us about your new found love; the ministry?                                                                The calling of God is not what a man can explain. God’s call is the sweetest thing that can happen to any man privileged enough to be chosen by Him. And one thing about God is, he does not look at the opinion of men to call anybody. He looks at the heart of that man. Music is still part of my ministry, but that’s not my main calling. My main calling is to save souls and that’s what I have been doing for the past five years now. How did your friends react when you answered the call? I have never had friends. I just respect people, even when I was into secular music. I was always a one m

Four things you shouldn’t do before sex

Image
When it comes to sex, it is every married couple’s desire to enjoy it and still be able to relish the thought of it thereafter. Apart from the numerous health benefits of sex to the human system, the pleasure that comes with it is electrifying and almost unrivalled. Notably, there are many routes to sexual satisfaction, but the mostly adopted means of reaching climax is through intercourse, which is about the most effective for men, unlike women who are more likely to reach orgasm faster through nipple or clitoral stimulation. Sex is to be enjoyed, but understandably, there are medical conditions that prevent or forbid people from having sex, usually for some time. Meanwhile, beyond those conditions, there are some other things people do that may tamper with how much they enjoy sex and even impact on their overall health afterwards. Some of these issues directly affect sexual performance, while some are safety tips. Hence, it may be helpful to discuss what people should take cogni

Recession: FG must increase minimum wage – NLC

Worried by the State of the country’s economy, President of National Labour Congress, NLC, Mr. Ayuba Wabba, yesterday, urged President Munammadu Buhari not to jettison increment in minimum wages from N18, 000, saying “this is the logic used by United State to address recession.” W abba, who made the appeal in an interview with Vanguard after presenting N400, 000 Cheque to wife of late Vanguard deputy photo-editor, Mr. Tunji Oyeleru at the Airport Hotel, Ikeja, argued that the economy cannot return to its former state unless the citizens have purchasing power. The NLC president said “The state of the country’s economy requires that we increase minimum wage. We need to empower the people to buy and sell. If the economy is at standstill and people cannot buy, the economy will not grow. “It is the workers money that keeps the economy growing. His lawyer Jose Baez (also Casey Anthony’s lawyer) even tried to use Florida’s “Stand Your Ground Law” as a defense. Yes, the same law that allowed Trayvon Martin’s killer to go free. Gates clearly didn’t take the trial seriously, as he appeared to be asleep during testimony. Nonetheless, a jury of six white women found Gates guilty. Image
As the US presidential election moves into the home stretch, financial markets are not fully invested in polls that show a win for Hillary Clinton. Even though polls show the Democratic candidate with a strong lead over Republican Donald Trump, analysts say investors are waiting until after November 8 to lay their money on the table.“I don’t think it’s fully 100 percent Clinton is in,” said JJ Kinahan, chief market strategist at TD Ameritrade, who sees a pullback in risk-oriented investments as a sign of investor caution. “Usually people are looking to take on extra risk for reward,” he said. “I think this is one case where people are paring back on their risk.”Wall Street is thought to generally favor Clinton over Trump for president, and equity markets have hovered at historically high levels since July, with the S&P 500 less than three percent below its all-time peak. She opened up on issues that bothered her as a mother, stating that except Nigeria gets its moral compass right, things would not change for the better. “There is a level of mental illness in this country that nobody has recognised yet. It is not everybody that you see walking on the streets that is sane. How sane can a man be if he is taking a nine or 14-year-old girl for a wife? Is that person sane? “As the saying goes, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. That is what we are seeing now. We need to find our moral compass because we have lost it totally. If we don’t find our moral compass, things would not change for the better. “Now when people have power or money, they try to use

I see up to 50 dancers practicing for the show that you have collected millions for, and they are being paid peanuts, only for you to tell them you don’t need them. They are human beings too. “And this goes out to all other artistes, where was your gut some years back on that same stag
