I use Ebenezer Obey’s music as sleeping pill – Obasanjo

ABEOKUTA – Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has described the Juju and gospel maestro, Chief Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi  as “a musician of international repute, a revered evangelist and businessman of note.” Obasanjo said  whenever he was finding it difficult to sleep or while doing a serious work, he would have Obey-Fabiyi music playing slowly at the background. Davido’s babymama drama won’t go away as Ibadan-based lady insists he’s the father of her 4-year-old daughter

While he basks in the euphoria of the success of his ‘If’ single, Nigerian pop star,  Davido  may not have had the last word on the issue of the child he had allegedly fathered with an Ibadan-based lady,  Ayomide Labinjo  who in spite of his claim that a DNA test has absolved him of responsibility insists he’s the father of her child. Lagos announces 50-day event roadmap for Lagos at 50 celebration

The Lagos At 50 Planning Committee  on Monday  unveiled a range of activities for the final celebration of the State’s Golden Jubilee anniversary at a world press conference at the Banquet Hall in Lagos House, Ikeja. The year-long celebration which kicked off on May 27, 2016, according to the Commissioner for Information and Strategy,  Steve Ayorinde , has featured a series of events that had held on the 27 th  of every month like the Lagos Art Expo, Lagos Contemporary Dance Festival, Lagos Theatre Festival, as well as several lectures, symposiums, and more. According to co-chair of the ‘Lagos At 50’ Planning Committee,  Habeeb Fasinro  said the final lap of the celebration would kick off on  Saturday, April 8  and culminate on  Saturday, May 27, 2017 . Fasinro, who was joined at the conference by other members of the Committee including  Professor Ademola Abass ,  Hon.
